Hiiii! My name is Ally! Since August of 2020 I have been turning old vintage antique silverware pieces into rings. I find spoon rings unique and a great way of turning old silverware into something beautifully handcrafted. This began as a personal hobby of mine, but thanks to the support of my friends and family I was able to begin a small business on Instagram where I began selling them. Something that super special and personal to me in this process is that my grandpa helps shine and polish the rings after i create them. I get to spend a lot of quality time with him and he is so special to me.

Will and Leah opened Dynamo Coffee Roasting Co. in 2021. They always wanted to run a coffee shop and roaster together in their hometown. They worked together as baristas at Kawa coffee and fell in love with coffee culture. Before opening a space, Will spent four years in the military while Leah worked as an office manager for a coffee roasting company in Fairbanks, Alaska. While transitioning out of the military, Will was able to earn how to roast coffee with the company Leah worked for. Over the last few years, they have been busy at work, serving coffee and roasting out of their brick and mortar location on the east side of COS at 4029 Tutt Blvd. They are finally to a place where they are comfortably sharing the love. They are ridiculously excited to be welcomed into a place that shares their values of promoting community, small business and art based hand crafted products.

FIGMENT SAUDADE
TaylorThrough artwork and small goods, Rinnah Veith captures moments of heritage and reimagines them into whimsical pieces that tell a story. You may have heard the term “Saudade”, a feeling of longing, melancholy, and nostalgia that is quintessentially Portuguese. Growing up closely with Portuguese grandparents (Avô and Avó). Jinnah spent many hours listening to stories from the old country in a home that revolved around Avó’s cooking and Avô garden. They lived a simple life, always outdoors, with no shortage of frugal habits and good food.
After visiting São Miguel, the island origin of her grandparents, the pieces fell into place as Jinnah experienced deep Saudade that they had always expressed for their homeland. But how, when she was born in Colorado? It was here that Figment Saudade began.
Figment Saudade: “the longing for something you have. never possessed, but that feels as though it is ingrained in you. Like a figment of imagination, or a fleeting dream”.
