HOW IT WORKS:

• • Our vendors pay for their space inside of the retail store front, price is based on square footage of the space (range of $60-400 per month)
  • Vendors work a small amount of hours in the space—this is valuable time to connect with customers, fellow vendors, test product ideas, social media reach (6-15 hours per month)
  • Low commissions, <10% on sales.  Profits are direct deposited every 2 weeks 

WHO SHOULD APPLY:

• • Artists, curators, creatives that have a small or micro- business
  • Small businesses from the Front Range of Colorado that are looking for retail storefronts to grow their businesses
  • Community and collaboration-minded people

WHO SHOULDN’T APPLY:

• • Businesses that are not or will not soon be located near the Front Range of Colorado
  • Businesses that are part of multilevel companies or solely wholesale manufactured goods

Wait list is not first come first serve, we carefully vet our vendors for both product fit for the space available and culture fit.  We are passionate about small business owners that value collaboration and community—we can’t wait to see what makes you special!

For traditional artists hoping to display original art pieces, we also have a gallery wall arrangement that is 25% commission based.  The gallery walls rotate quarterly and can be applied to any time.
